Office Manager

Assists upper management and company employees in tasks related to office, accounting, training and recruitment. Responsibilities include thefollowing:

1. Replace office supplies and tools, equipment and PPE to all Employees.

2. Perform administrative tasks supporting PMs, upper management and accounting.

3. Weekly Time entries in T-Sheets and Quick Books.

4. Process benefits for employees.

5. Support Estimating with BID List/Proposals and Prequalification Submittals.

6. Follow up on the needs of the vehicles of the Company.

7. Process and follow up on the Apprenticeship Program.

8. Coordinate biweekly Lunch and Learns.

9. Coordinate trainings for employees.

10. Weekly follow up on recruitment process.

11. Process registration and inclusion on new hired employees.



Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree. Language: Outstanding writing and speaking of English. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position; minimum of 5 years using Microsoft Office; familiar with Quick Books. Multi-tasking, self-motivated and interested in working in multiple aspects of the construction industry tasks.
