The job responsibilities as an Intern will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  A)  Assist Estimator to:

1. Download RFP documents.

2. Review architectural drawings & specifications.

3. Prepare takeoffs.

4. Obtain quotes for materials and ensure vendors scope compliance.

5. Attend jobsite walkthroughs.

6. Prepare proposals and coordinate with client.

  B)  Assist Project Managers (as required) to:

1. Prepare submittal logs and submittals.

2. Prepare and/or check glass orders.

3. Prepare aluminum stocklength orders.

4 Review and compare ASIs, Bulletins, and Addendums.

5. Submit closeout documents and warranties.

6. Jobsite visits for construction progress reports.

7. Material deliveries.

Qualifications:

College Student Majoring in Civil Engineer; multitasking, self-motivated and interested in learning construction industry tasks.
